Capably managed daily property and business operations of a 4,400-acre natural araction, cinder pit, tree farm, and working cale ranch. Managed all financial, accounting, budget, forecasting, and tax reporting with oversight of all land development, facility maintenance, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heavy equipment operations. Managed retail operations, wholesale purchasing, and merchandising.
Executed all marketing, tourism development and public relations initiatives. Improved land, property, and facilities utilizing maintenance, construction, design, and engineering skills. Conducted land surveying, roads, trails, pipeline, and easements management.
Successfully completed several development and construction projects. Capable and competent at industrial arts including mechanical repair, electrical, plumbing, construction, welding, heavy equipment operation.
