Directed all aspects of business operations and management at a full-service Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep (FCA) franchise dealership.  Supervised finance and insurance operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.  Directed all aspects of sales, including marketing, sales process, compliance, and inventory management.  Supervised local accounting, service and parts departments.  Managed on site human resource responsibilities and compliance.  Exercised effective conflict resolution and mitigated legal issues.  Developed and maintained excellent public relations with local and reservation communities.  Achieved consistent top level sales volumes in the FCA West Business Center.  Recognized as the top-performing store in our dealer group in terms of sales volume, profitability, expense efficiency and customer satisfaction measures.

• Store Opening – Successfully completed FCA franchise and key location acquisition, dealer licensing, facility overhaul, and staffing to open on schedule and under budget to deliver first month record profit for the group.

• Sales and Profitability – Recognized as the top-performing store in our dealer group measured by sales volume, gross and net profit, expense efficiency, inventory management, plus excellence in customer service.

• Strategic Marketing -- Effectively managed an average monthly marketing budget of $40,000 to include Television, Radio, Print, Direct Mail, Events, and Digital including; E-mail, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate and Content Marketing.
