Hands-on leader for oversight of daily business operations, land, and financial management of a 4,400-acre natural attraction and a working cattle ranch. Managed retail operations, wholesale purchasing, and merchandising. Executed all marketing, tourism development and public relations initiatives. Improved land, property, and facilities utilizing maintenance, construction, design, and engineering skills. Conducted land surveying, roads, trails, pipeline, and easements management. Successfully completed several development and construction projects. Capable and competent at industrial arts including mechanical repair, electrical, plumbing, construction, welding, heavy equipment operation. Performed all financial accounting, forecasting, budgeting and tax reporting. Developed strategic natural resource management plans and ensured property and safety standards related to public visitation.

Project Leader – Piloted timely resolution of projects within two years for additions of lodging, camping, and RV facilities, along with a 7-year backlog of maintenance requests.
Profitability – Successfully returned the company to profitability with the highest profit level in 10 years.
Visitor Experience – Delivered improvements in all aspects of the visitor experience with improved lodging and

camping areas and up-to-date maintenance of grounds that took Google rating from 3 to 4.5 stars.
Marketing Strategy Review -- Successfully performed a comprehensive marketing review to significantly improve ROI by redesigning branding and campaigns including a website overhaul, effective social media management, Google Store, Google Ads, Outdoor and Brochure Distribution. Realized a 16% increase in visitation and 122% increase in online sales.
